I am a mom, a photographer and wife, with little room for more:)

I am passionate about everything I do. I am thankful to God for the love and beauty that surrounds us and hope that I am able to share that through my photography.

When I was in the seventh grade, at a teacher’s suggestion I took an evening class in photography at the University of South Carolina. It sparked an interest that continued to grow.

I received an undergraduate degree in studio art and a master’s degree in art education from USC. I began teaching art but once my children were born, I decided to devote my energies to them.

As a mom, I realized how precious each expression is from a child. You have to love doing what you do to succeed, and I love taking pictures of people, specifically children.

My husband encouraged me, and today Cynthia Pace Photography specializes in fine art portraiture. Walking into the studio, you see work celebrated in formal hand painted oil portraits, whimsical watercolor, beach memories, heartwarming newborns, and story-telling family portraits.
